While not exactly a hat, I would have expected it to slink below the HS radar forever. This story is weeks, if not months, old. The only new [slightly cruel-er] thing is that the stoopit 'ho what took the pix is suing him for "defamation of character" (among other things related to not getting enough money for the images). Funny, I thought you needed to have character for it to be defamed.
The gal has what we like to call "chutzpah."
