I'm sorry: if some guy approached me in boots like that, I'd burst out laughing. Of course, nothing says "class" quite like Ed Hardy.

About six years ago the Boss wanted a wall built. One of the guys who showed up to bid on the job was wearing boots like that. I told her, based solely on his footwear, that I didn't know what he did, but building walls wasn't it. She hired him anyway. Unfortunately I was right.
