What am a missing? Veins are closer to the surface and would be most affected by the condom. Veins return blood to the heart. If anything, venal pressure increases turgor since the arteries are unimpeded, so blood is still moving into the penis. Condoms are like weak cock-rings. Erectile function should improve.

I believe it's just coincidental. About the time grandpa's putting the condom on is also the first time he glances down at that unkempt grey mound and the gaping megavag.
