The beer that taught me to drink beer was Paulaner Hefeweisen. I have since expanded into numerous other types of beer, but my preference is still the hefeweisens (though I've found better ones than Paulaner, not that Paulaner's bad).

Carlsberg, at least in Europe is very nice. The stuff here... it is way to old to really call it good.
