What that fails to explain is why statistically the victims of said "negroes" are overwhelmingly also "negro".

Most white biggots have an overwhelming hatred of black people.  This is why white biggots often seek black victims for their lynchings, and why they make up fake statistics about how many white women are raped by black men every year.  It's like dogs and their hatred of cats; the hatred will never go away and nothing blacks (or cats) can do that will ever change this all-encompassing hatred for them and other cultures.  The best thing to do is to keep them out of your life and off of your web forum.

No, if negroes didn’t commit violent crimes way out of proportion to their percentage of the population, the rate of White on black crime would more or less equal the rate of black on White crime.

Actually, several studies demonstrate that most crime is within the racial group that it occurs. Also, why are you capitalizing White and not Black? I probably shouldn't bother to ask. That, despite their population in the US, non-caucasians are disproportionally represented in our correctional system is a social problem that will probably require another 50 years to level off a bit more. I won't propose a reason for it. It'll just be more fuel to your fires of anti-minority sentiment.

I still think the media plays a role in heightening the suspicion and reported incarceration of non-whites in this country. Out here, it's always "the Mexicans in the bad neighborhood," with the added fear of narcoterrorism thrown in for good measure. Kinda makes you wonder what they must do in vastly predominated white areas. Always find some trailer trash to blame for the crimes against society?
